Sustainability is our responsibility towards future generations

Compliance management system

Triade’s policy is not only customers-orientated but also focused on people and the environment. Triade prioritizes safety for its employees and the environment and ensures compliance with all legal, social, and ethical rules.

These principles are outlined in our Code of Conduct, actively promoted by our top management. Triade expects its suppliers and customers to adhere to the same principles and strives to do business only with partners who embrace similar values. Together, we share the responsibility for the reputation of our company and the sector. To ensure this, Triade has developed a compliance management system that is continuously evolving. Additionally, Triade conducts an annual check on its partners’ compliance policies to ensure they align with the principles outlined in our Code of Conduct. Topics covered include:

Compliance with applicable legislation.
Ensuring a safe (working) environment.

Attention to human rights, the right to organize, and the right to fair wages enabling a dignified existence.

Zero tolerance for any form of discrimination.
Condemnation of any form of corruption and bribbery.
Attention to the environment.

Our corporate culture

Triade has an open internal culture with short lines of communication and expects its employees to comply with all legal and internal rules. To anchor this in our organization, we provide employees with a platform to report violations of external and internal rules.

However, a sustainable approach is more than just the “p” of people. The “p” of ‘planet’ is a pillar in our daily operations which has our incessantly attention.

We continuously monitor the footprint of our (production) sites to reduce CO2 emissions. For example, Triade has invested in Solar Panels for sustainable energy and replaced traditional light sources with energy-efficient LED lighting.
The substances we work with are checked daily for safe quality.
The packaging of our products is minimized and recycled.

Sustainable Development Goals

Triade fully supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and aims for a world where economic growth goes hand in hand with care for people and the environment. As a company, we also subscripe the goals outlined in the ZDHC Roadmap to Zero program. Triade aims to minimize not only its own environmental impact but also that of the supply chain. We see Corporate Social Responsibility and environmental care as obligations to future generations, as well as opportunities for a successful future.
